Art Exhibition Flyer

Art Exhibition Opening Night- Wollongong Art Gallery
October 11 @ 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm

South Coast Private is hosting an artwork exhibition at the Wollongong Art Gallery to recognise the tremendous work undertaken by our patients through our inpatient art therapy classes. The evening will have a selection of canapé and refreshments. Attendees will hear from a range of speakers discussing the art and how it can assist in the journey to recovery.

The exhibit will be running from 12 October to 6 November.

Participants walk with smiles, banners and balloons from Civic Plaza in Burelli Street, we ask participants to gather at Civic Plaza at 9.30am where our Lord Mayor Gordon Bradbery will officially welcome everyone and open this year’s event. Wollongong’s Mental Health Ambassador Dan Hunt will lead the walk up through Crown Street into the mental health month celebrations.

Wollongong Mental Health Month expo is on again this year with live entertainment, guest speakers, the sharing of recovery stories, information stands on Mental Health services (for both consumers and carers) and a sausage sizzle. South Coast Private Hospital will have a booth, please come down and meet one of our friendly staff.
